Copper

Last week Don and I got a dog. His name is Copper. He is a purebred AKC registered beagle. He turned six weeks old Friday. He used to do a whole lot of sleeping, but he’s getting to be a lot more playful now. He doesn’t sleep the entire night, but wakes up about four, having to go to the bathroom. He’s still in the chew-on-everything phase and I hope he’s one of those dogs that grows out of that. We’re working on potty training right now. He’s registered on Dogster also. I’m not very familiar with that site so we haven’t done much to his page. I’ll get around to that later.

Oh goodness a dog. Unfortunately I am allergic to dogs, so that’s why I have two cats - but I’m happy for you. You’ll have fun, I hope.

SOOOO cute!!! I’ve always wanted a beagle. Or a terrier. Or a cocker spaniel. Actually, I’ve just always wanted a dog. Yours is adorable. Are his eyes really blue, or does it just seem like it because of the camera? Hope the potty training is going well.

Omg what an adorable little thing he is!! I love beagles i had one when i was a kid
Congrats on getting him. Animals are so precious! Maybe get him a small bone to chew on that seemed to help with my boxer when he was a pup. He chewed almost every single pair of my shoes one night. I was sooo mad at him. He ruined stilettos and all but you have to remember they are just pups and don’t know any better.

Beagle’s are the cutest! I’ve always wanted one. I had a friend that bought one and she (the beagle) was a crazy little thing. Loved to investigate everything.

Puppy! I’m sorry, I should probably comment on your most recent post but I saw this cute little guy staring at me from my computer screen and had to comment.
He’s so adorable and looks just like a cute little toy dog. And I’m not that much of a dog person either but I have to admit he’s cute! *melts*
